.::. General Information .::.

1. What products do you sell?
Our products range from handmade earrings, bracelets, and many more new items to come. Also, you can find birthday cards, wedding cards, special occasion cards, and many other themed cards and paper goods.

2. Where are you located?
We are located in the heart of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

3. I live in Toronto too. Can I visit your store in person?
Currently, our business is operated over the internet. However, on special occasions you can find us at one of our local community events. We will be sure to update you on the details when those dates are set. Hope to see you there! =)

4. What currency are the prices in?
All listed prices are in Canadian Dollars and can be found underneath the image along with other product information. US Buyers, please send us an email to Askitto.ELii@gmail.com for price inquiry.

5. What is your return and exchange policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. RETURNS ARE NOT PERMITTED. Exchanges can be arranged only on defected jewelry items and within 30 days when the order was shipped.

6. I need to exchange / return an item. What should I do?
As mentioned above, all sales are final and no returns will be issued.

We guarantee that your item will arrive as advertised in perfect condition. If you find any defects with your merchandise, please send and email to AskItTo.ELii@gmail.com within 30 calendar days and we will exchange it. Shipping on any exchanges are the customers responsibility. All exchanges must be received by ELii within 30 days from date of original shipment.

7. I would like to add to an existing order. How can I do so?
If your order has not been shipped, the not a problem. We know that buyers, like you, want to save on shipping. Just send us the order, pay for the shipping indicated on the new order and we will refund you the difference.

8. There's a card / item that is SOLD, when will this be back in-stock?
Thank you for showing interest in our products. Unfortunately, once the item is sold, we will not re-make an identical one. However, we can make one that is similar to the one you are interested. Send us an email at Askitto.ELii@gmail.com and we can further discuss the details with you.

9. I'm hosting a party and need a large amount of card invitations. How long would it take and how much?
First, we thank you for your business. Next, if you require a large amount of the same card we suggest you to submit your order by filling out this order form and sending it to AskItTo.ELii@gmail.com when it is completed.

Depending on the card design, your order will be ready to be shipped within a week's time from the order date. If more time is required, because we are only human, we will notify you on any delays and discuss from there.

Once your order has been received by us, we will quote you with the new discounted price. If you agree with the new price, we will go ahead and start your order. The only thing we ask is that you put in a $10 (USD / CDN) deposit by sending it through PayPal. This $10 (USD / CDN) will not be refundable, but it will count towards your final payment amount. We want you to be confident when you place your order. Once you submit your order and pay the requested deposit, there is no backing out.

In terms of payment, the remainder amount which includes the unpaid amount owed and the shipping cost will be billed together. Once that final payment is cleared, we will then ship out your order.

10. I'm missing an envelope for my card. Am I not entitled to get one?
Yes, you are and we are very sorry that this has happened. As soon as you realize the missing item, please send us an email to AskItTo.ELii@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you your missing item right away.

11. What is your privacy policy?
Yes, we value your confidentiality and understand your concerns. That is why the personal information that we collect will be kept secure with us and no third-party member will have access to it. We will not sell, share or trade your information. Remember, we wouldn't like it when our information has been sold either.

12. Do you sell sterling silver plated jeweleries?
Yes, we sell sterling silver jewelries. The type of metal(s) used (eg. sterling silver, silver-plated, nickel-plated, etc.) will be provided in the item description for each product. If you would like more information please email your inquiry to AskItTo.ELii@gmail.com and we will try to answer it to the best of our knowledge.

13. Will I have an allergic reaction when I wear your jeweleries?
It's hard to say who will have an allergic reaction when wearing our jewelries because everyone’s sensitivity level is different. However, if you have concerns with allergic reactions in the past, we suggest purchasing sterling silver products because the chance of irritation is much lower than from nickel-plated products. If the product does not state it is made with sterling silver, please don't assume it is, even if the colour looks like it.

14. You used a silver chain, could you use one in gold?
If the chain is easily replicable on the product, yes, we will be glad to make the change for you. Though, you will need to pay additional fees for the change in material(s).

15. Do you adjust the sizing / length of your jewelries?
In terms of adjusting the sizing / length, it will depend on the product’s design. If the product is easily adjustable, we will happily provide the extra service, free of charge. Unfortunately, some designs we make will be as is, we will not change the sizing and we do apologize.

.::. Payment .::.

1. What payment do you accept?
For most online orders, we accept payments through PayPal only. Payment must be cleared within 5 calendar days after order was placed.

If you live locally within the Greater Toronto Area, we'd happily accept cash payment. Please notify us by email to AskItTo.ELii@gmail.com your preferred method of payment.

2. I don't have a PayPal account. Can I send you a cheque or money order?
In cases like these, we understand that you don't feel comfortable setting up a PayPal account. We can only accept money orders that are issued from the Bank or the Post Office. All other forms are not accepted.

If paying by money order is your method of payment, we ask that you submit your online order to us by sending it to AskItTo.ELii@gmail.com and we will give you further details about what to write on the money order.

3. Is there a cut-off time for when I need to submit my payment?
For all online orders paid through PayPal, the payment must be made within 5 business days from when the order was placed. Failing to do so, your order will be cancelled and you will need to re-submit your order if you want to buy from us. Our business is opened to serious buyers only.

For orders that are being paid by money order, the payment must be received by 10 business day from when the order was placed.


.::. Shipping .::.

1. Do you ship to my country?
Currently, we are only providing shipping to Canada and the United States of America. We do apologies for not shipping Internationally.

2. How much is shipping? And how is it calculated?
All buyers will pay actual shipping plus an additional of $2 for handling. In addition, U.S. buyers are responsible for paying all tariffs and shipping fees.

3. When will my order be shipped?
All orders received and paid for will be shipped 3 to 5 business days when payment is cleared. On money order orders, there will be a slight delay as we need to receive the money first and have it cleared before we can ship the order out.

4. When can I receive my order?
It depends on the courier service and we've chosen our default courier to be Canada Post. Please see the following chart for expected time of delivery:

5. I don't like Canada Post. Can I change the courier service?
Yes, of course you can! Let us know which is your preferred method and if we can, we'll ship your order accordingly. However, the shipping on your invoice will be adjusted with the new charges from the change.

6. I'd like to receive my order sooner. What are my options?
We can send your order with express service. However, the shipping on your invoice will be adjusted with the new changes.
